Refund Terms and Returns Policy

At MX Equipment, we strive to provide high-quality IT infrastructure and seamless service. However, we understand that issues may arise. This policy outlines the terms for returns, refunds, and exchanges for both our Rental Services and Purchased Products (such as INUI Headsets or Refurbished items).


1. Scope of Policy

A. For Rental Services

Since rental payments are for the usage of equipment over time, rental fees are generally non-refundable once the rental period has commenced and the equipment has been delivered and accepted by the client.

  • Defective Rental Equipment: If a rented desktop, laptop, or server malfunctions, we do not offer a refund. Instead, we offer an immediate “Repair or Replace” guarantee under our maintenance agreement. We will replace the faulty unit within 24-48 hours (depending on location) to ensure your business continuity.

B. For Purchased Products (Sales)

Our refund and returns policy for purchased items (e.g., INUI Headsets, Accessories, or bought-out hardware) lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns (Purchased Products)

To be eligible for a return on a purchased item:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all manuals, cables, and accessories included.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Opened Headsets/Earphones: Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, INUI headsets cannot be returned if the seal is broken or the package is opened, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

  • Software Licenses: Downloadable software products or OS keys that have been activated.

  • Custom Configured Hardware: Equipment that was specifically built or modified to your unique specifications (e.g., specific RAM/Server configurations) cannot be returned for a “change of mind.”


3. Refunds Process

Once your return is received at our Wazirpur facility and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted (at our discretion) for:

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at team@maniexports.co.in.


5. Exchanges (Defective Items)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • For Headsets/Accessories: If you need to exchange a defective INUI headset for the same item, send us an email at team@maniexports.co.in and courier your item to our address below.

  • For Rental Equipment: Please call our support line at +91-9643434630 for immediate on-site support or replacement. Do not ship rental heavy equipment without prior authorization.


6. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our headquarters:

MX Equipment A-93, Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi – 110052.

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if arranged by us) will be deducted from your refund.

  • Transit Time: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • Insurance: If you are returning expensive items (like Desktops, Laptops or Servers), you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
